Reminder: #StayHydrated

Self-care tip of the day: Stay Hydrated, remember to drink some form of healthy liquid today, preferably, WATER. I know you’re probably busy today and it’s going to get hectic this week (happens every end of the month) so remember to:

  • Get Some Sleep
  • Take a break! This includes from social media (take 30 minutes to an hour  if you can’t go the whole day)
  • Eat something to keep your energy and spirits up! Food is important, its good for your body *I learned that the hard way which is why I’m reminding you*
  • Surround yourself with positive people and positive vibes
  • Have some water handy!
