- Always stay hydrated ( It’s great for skin, keeps you healthy, and water is just a beautiful source of energy) Stay Hydrated
- Run for 30 or walk for 20 minutes a day, it not only allows you feel healthy and great but it also allows you to reassess and reset after a long day.
- Meditating is key, I don’t mean just sitting and omming (which you can do), I mean, taking some time out of your day to relax and close yourself off of everything #metime.
FINALLY Number 4! When you feel anxious, stressed, sad, or you just feel like everything is going wrong; sharpen some pencils. I learned this tip two weeks ago, it keeps your hands busy and it relaxes you. I think it has to do with the sound/vibration. Sharpening pencils is a dying art form in my book and its something we need to bring back.
